You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. goo11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the event of misuse or a breach of security.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless goo11 acknowledges a technical error.

• All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before an account can be closed.

• If fraud or illegal activity is proven, the account balance may be forfeited.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be automatically closed after an inactivity fee is deducted.
